Malagold's Country Sunshine is just that - a bright ray of sunshine every single day!

Sunshine is a real working girl. Upon completion of the Rally Excellent title for Sunshine, Deb Caukin (co-owner) and Sunshine continued further in the Rally competition in order to earn the highest Rally title available - the Rally Advanced Excellent. In order to do this, qualifying scores needed to be accumulated from BOTH the Rally Advanced B class and the Rally Excellent B class ON THE SAME DAY in order to earn the Rally Advanced Excellent (RAE) title. These wins had to be accomplished at 10 separate licensed or member rally trials. This is an amazing accomplishment for this Rally team!

Sunshine is also a certified Therapy Dog and performs weekly visits at nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities - where ever she is most needed, Sunshine always seems to bring that shining light into someone's eyes. She definitely has that special something to make everyone's day a little brighter. That is what makes Sunshine just so wonderful! And in acknowledgement of that hard work, Sunshine has been awarded the AKC Therapy Dog title - the first member of the Malagold Family to earn such a distinction!

On top of being part of the working world, Sunshine is true to the standard of the Golden Retriever, She has the proper Golden coat, a strong body with nice topline, and strong front and rear quarters. She obviously has the most desired temperament, with a most willing attitude.
