Back in the show ring for Drummer (Malagold's Distant Drummer) who takes 1st place in his 12-18 Month Dog Class.

Kinje (Malagold's Piece Of My Heart) earns the 4th place ribbon from the from the 12-18 Month Bitch class. And Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) stayed in the ribbons again today, with a 4th place in the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch Class.

Flirt (GCH. Malagold Southern Belle of WingStar) finishes Day Two with Select Bitch honors.

Now it is time to load up and head back to Michigan!

In the second part of the show day, the Malagold crew attends the Golden Retriever Specailty Show.

In the Puppy Sweepstakes competition, Drummer (Malagold's Distant Drummer) takes the 1st place ribbon from the Junior Dogs 12-18 Month class and Kinje (Malagold's Piece Of My Heart) earns the 2nd place ribbon from the Junior Bitch 12-18 Month class,

In the regular classes, it is again, Drummer (Malagold's Distant Drummer) who paints an impressive picture and takes 1st place in his 12-18 Month Dog Class, going on to take the Reserve Winners Dog honors a second time! .

Kinje (Malagold's Piece Of My Heart) earns the 4th place ribbon from the from the 12-18 Month Bitch class, while Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) stayed in the ribbons too, with a 3rd place in the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch Class.

Flirt (GCH. Malagold Southern Belle of WingStar) finishes the day by going Best of Opposite Sex.

It was a very long drive to Arizona from Michigan. And it was an early start to the show day for both handlers and dogs!

Drummer (Malagold's Distant Drummer) makes an impressioon and takes 1st place in his 12-18 Month Dog Class, and goes on to take the Reserve Winners Dog honors! .

Kinje (Malagold's Piece Of My Heart) earns the 3rd place ribbon from the from the 12-18 Month Bitch class, while Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) stayed in the ribbons too, with a 2nd place in the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch Class.

A day trip to Morris, Illinois. OK, a long day trip! But definitely worth the drive!

Grant (Malagold's Wish Granted) brought his 'A' game, and came away with a first place ribbon from the Puppy Dog 9-12 Class and Winners Dog for one point!

Kinje (Malagold's Piece Of My Heart) earns the first place ribbon from the from the 12-18 Month Bitch class.

And that left Summer (Malagold's Summer Rain), in the classes as she wins the first place ribbon from the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch class, and goes on to take Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, for the point and a NEW CHAMPION title!! Kinje takes Reserve Winners Bitch honors!

Another dog show weekend close to home! It was a great day for the youngsters, as Drummer (Malagold's Distant Drummer) had great day at his first dog show, taking the first place ribbon from the Puppy Dog 9-12 Class.

Kinje (Malagold's Piece Of My Heart) earns the 2nd place ribbon from the 12-18 Month Bitch class and .
Summer (Malagold's Summer Rain) earned the first place ribbon from the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch class.

But Drummer has the best day by going Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a 4-point major win!! Congratulations to Drummer's Mom and co-owner. Kathy Evers, on his big win!

After a bit of time off, everyone was back for a day at the dog show. It is always nice to get the puppies out for a little actual ring time.

It certainly was a good experieince for Grant (Malagold's Wish Granted) who had no trouble remembering how to perform in the ring, as he won the first place ribbon from the Puppy Dog 9-12 Class. Rev (Malagold Start Your Engines) kept himself in the running by earning a first place ribbon from the Junior Dog 12-18 Month Class. Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) stayed in the ribbons with a second place in the Open Bitch Class.

But Grant was not content with the big win in the classes but taking Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex for one point!

It was a one day show day in Wisconsin and good practice for the you Malagold kids!

Grant (Malagold's Wish Granted) had so much fun in his 6-9 Pupp0y Dog Class that he took the first place ribbon, and did well enough to take Reserve Winners Dog! Next, Jean (Malagold's My Best Jeans) won her 12-18 Month Bitch class, with Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) winning the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch class, going on to take the ribbons for Winners Bitch and Best of Winners!

Geri and Flirt (GCH. Malagold Southern Belle of WingStar) go Best of Opposite Sex on this day, so every one comes home with ribbons today!!

Although the weather was horrid, around 50 degrees with rain and a lot of mud, the Malagold kids were well represented in the ribbons!

Tucker (New CH. Malagold Tucker's Followin' The Flag CD, RE, AXJ, NF, AX), owned by Deb Puza and co-owned by Connie, added another title to his name by going Winners Dog at the Fox River Valley Kennel Club show on May 30, 2015, for the final point needed for his CHAMPIONSHIP title!

Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) wins the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch class one more time, while Smoochie (Malagold's Sealed With A Kiss) earns a fourth place ribbon in a large Open Bitch class! But it is the team of Geri and Flirt (CH. Malagold Southern Belle of WingStar) who smoothly sail into the Best of Breed winners circle, heading into the Sporting Group competition to earn a beautiful rosette for a Sporting Group 3 placement!! This win adds 5 more Crand Championship points to her total!

Pack up the Motorhome! It is the start of a wonderful trip south for the Malagold Crew! First stop is Raleigh, North Carolina, where Connie and Geri get ready for Day One of a five day series of shows.

First up is Schemer (Malagold Grand Scheme) the only boy on the trip, who takes second place in the Bred By Exhibitor Dog Class. But the girls are ready to go, and Rosie (Malagold's Tequila Rose) starts it off with a win from the Bred By Exhibitor Bitch Class. And it is Smoochie (Malagold's Sealed With A Kiss) who takes it all earning a first place ribbon from the Open Bitch Class, and going on to take the 3 point major win by taking Winners Bitch for the day!

Team Malagold arrives in Chicago to attend the weekend of shows at the McCormick Place, the twoo days before the arrival of the Chicago Blizzard, which dropped almost twenty inches of snow on the city! It certainly made for an interesting weekend! On the first day of competition, Summer (Malagold's Summer Rain) won her Bred By Exhibitor class and went on to a BBE Sporting Group 1 win with Connie!! Smoochie (Malagold's Sealed With A Kiss) earned a first place ribbon from the Open Bitch class and went on to go Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Breed!
