On a quick trip to Indiana, JR (Malagold's Straight Up) and Connie pick up the last single point, going Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed to finish his Championship title! The Malagold Team then went on to compete in the Sporting Group earning a Group 4 placement!

It was a very HOT day in Wisconsin, but the Malagold kids were COOL and in the ribbons as JR (Malagold's Straight Up) and Connie take Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a 3 point major win from the Bred By Exhibitor Dog Class!

Northern Flyway Golden Retriever Club Specialty Show Menasha, WI

On the second day of the Specialty weekend, the morning Sweepstakes competition was a treat for the Malagold kids, as RC (Malagold's Rotten To The Core) wins his 9-12 Month Puppy Dog Sweepstakes Class and goes on to be awarded Best in Specialty Puppy Sweepstakes!! What a great win for RC!!

Completing the day from the regular class judging, it was another win for Wish (GCH CH. Malagold's Wish Upon A Star) as she was again recognized in the Breed ring by going Best of Opposite Sex on this day!!

It was the first day of a two day Specialty weekend in Wisconsin. And what a great day it was!

The morning Sweepstakes competition was highlighted with a first place ribbon for RC (Malagold's Rotten To The Core) in his 9-12 Month Puppy Dog Sweepstakes Class. It was also a first place win for Pystol, highlighted with a first place ribbon for Pystol (Malagold's She's A Wild One) in her 9-12 Month Puppy Bitch Sweepstakes Class, and then she goes on to take the Best of Opposite Sex in Puppy Sweepstakes!! Now exciting for the "Rotten" puppies!!

In the regular class judging, it was a huge win for Wish (GCH CH. Malagold's Wish Upon A Star) as she was recognized by going Best of Breed on this day!!

What a wonderful day at the Potomac Valley Golden Retriever Club Specialty on Friday, April 15, 2011, as RC (Malagold's Rotten To The Core) attends his first Specialty Show and wins his 9-12 Month Puppy Dog Sweepstakes Class, and takes the first place ribbon in the Regular 9-12 Month Puppy Dog Class. A great showing for the new guy!

Connie then guides JR (Malagold's Straight Up) to a five point major win as he goes Winners Dog from the Bred By Exhibitor Class!!

GCH CH. Malagold's Wish Upon A Star is also recognized in the Breed ring and was awarded the Select Bitch at the Specialty.

Geri and Mr. Pat (Malagold's Patriot TDX) again win the Open Dog class, but go Reserve Winners Dog to RC, who gets the honor of Winners Dog and ultimately Best of Winners for his very first point!
